11:00 – 12:00 p.m. Kata
12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Kumite Practice skills in groups with different instructors
1:00 – 1:15 p.m. Short Break
1:15 – 2:00 p.m. Self-Defense Practice
2:00 – 2:30 p.m. Kobudo Kata and application – Eku (Students can use a BO if they don’t have an EKU)
2:30 – 3:00 p.m. Kobudo Kata and application – Kama
